A Social Media Coordinator will help our team with day-to-day client fulfillment, starting part-time (around 5-10 hours/week for the first month) with room to rapidly grow into a full-time position. I’m definitely looking for someone who prefers a long-term working relationship and wants to be integrated into the team! It has to be hell yes from both of us.

This person is extremely organized, maybe even having had social media management experience. This person must love to connect and get to know new people with a strong sense of community building.

This person is responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives and projects in the company. Their duties include posting content for our clients’ accounts, creating video content for Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, along with completing basic caption and graphic edits.

To start, this person will be creating videos and reels for our clients. We will provide the training & ensure we shadow each other until you are confident in this, but incredible attention to detail is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

⭐ Content Creation
Develop and produce visually appealing fitness reels that resonate with our target audience, highlighting various workout routines, wellness tips, and lifestyle content.

⭐ Fitness Expertise
Leverage your fitness knowledge to create informative and motivating content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry trends.

⭐ Video Editing
Utilize your expertise in CapCut and other video editing software to craft high-quality, engaging, and shareable content. Edit footage to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall production quality.

⭐ Collaboration
Collaborate with our creative team, fitness experts, and marketing professionals to align content with brand messaging and promotional goals.

⭐ Stay Current
Keep abreast of industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our fitness content.

⭐ Content Scheduling
Edit and publish consistent content on social media platforms for multiple clients M-F between 6 am - 10 am EST.

QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ Proven experience in fitness content creation, with a strong portfolio of engaging reels

✅ Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

✅ In-depth knowledge of fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards

✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✅ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

✅ Excellent time management

✅ Continuously refining lead generation processes to enhance efficiency and results.

✅ Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

✅ MUST HAVE AN IPHONE
